Online retailers are being offered a cut-price chance to gain physical exposure in some of the UK most high-profile retail destinations.

The move comes about via a new partnership between Londson-based resale marketplace Depop and retail pop-up space provider Sook.
The Depop @ Sook programme gives sellers an exclusive25% discount on all Sook pop-up retail spaces in the UK, including London’s Oxford Street, Birmingham Bullring, Liverpool One and Edinburgh’s St James Quarter.
To help bring each space to life, the pair will also provide a digital branding kit “to take each pop-up to the next level”.
However, to access the discountand branding pack, sellers must fit one of the following criteria: have sold 20+ items in the last 30 days or be a ‘Top Seller’.
All sellers taking part will also need to be enrolled in a ‘Depop Amplified’ programme.
“Our sellers have had great results previously at Sook spaces, making up to £7,000 in a day. So we’re making it easier for more people to take advantage of this opportunity, connect with their audience, make money and create impact for their brand”, the pair said.
Sook has already taken its concept to the Liverpool One mall earlier this month via a unit on the centre’s Upper South John Street that will operate for three months. The pop-up is the third partnership between Sook and Liverpool One operator Grosvenor “following two successful engagements” in London.
And Sook’s CEO and founder John Hoyle added that “the shift to the digital world has given life to so many online brands that now want to interact with their customers in a physical space”.
