Etro has announced plans to make its debut in real estate with a luxury interior project in Istanbul. The complex, located in Maslak, owned by Rams Global and offering a panoramic view of the Bosphorus, will open in the second half of 2026. The Milanese brand will oversee the design of the new residential units, crafting the design for 37 of the 40 floors of the structure, each covering a surface of 2,000 square meters.
In the ‘Etro Residence Istanbul’ project, the brand will be partnered with Oniro Group, which will handle the creation and supply of products from the Etro Home Interiors collection, including specially customized furniture elements and components.
Following Turkey, the partnership with Rams Global may extend to new projects in other countries around the world. "The partnership marks the beginning of a long-term collaboration aimed at promoting the awareness and equity of a brand with an extraordinary heritage and an innovative and forward-thinking spirit," comments Fabrizio Cardinali, CEO of Etro.
The alliance with Rams Global aims to strengthen the brand's lifestyle offering and forms part of a broader development strategy that, in recent seasons, has seen the launch of the eyewear collection, alongside the fragrance license and the introduction of a kids' range.
