London commercial property company Sloane Stanley Estate has news on two new fashion retail arrivals. Luxury womenswear retailer Chinti & Parker has taken up residence in one of its properties on King’s Road with its first permanent store, while sustainable fashion label Aspiga has moved to a bigger temporary store on the same road.

After testing and tasting physical success following a raft of collaborative pop-ups over the last two years, Chinti & Parker’s new store, at 322 King’s Road, has been designed in-house, with the interior “delivering a minimalistic and sleek customer experience”.
Known for its luxury cashmere, its designs “celebrate joyful colour, timeless shapes, and innovative texture”.
Co-founder Rachael Wood said: “We have experienced so much success from our pop-ups… and it’s been great to work with a supportive and cooperative landlord that understands our needs and allows us to succeed in one of the most famous retail locations in London. This marks an important step in Chinti & Parker’s journey.”
Hannah Grievson, Property Director at Sloane Stanley, said Chinti & Parker “adds a unique element to the heart of Chelsea” and welcoming the brand back to the King’s Road as a permanent tenant "demonstrates just how successful our ‘on-demand’ leasing strategy is. By trying out the location and testing the waters with a series of pop-ups and growing its appeal to the wider demographic and community, we’ve been able to convert this into a permanent store”.

Meanwhile, ethical and sustainable fashion label Aspiga is also enjoying pop-up success, moving to a new King’s Road store location.
The British B Corp-certified brand, known for its sustainable and responsible fashion, has opened a larger temporary store this month until March next year.
The 1,835 sq ft unit stocks the brand's collection of dresses, corduroy tailoring, luxurious Merino wool knitwear, resortwear, and handcrafted accessories. The brand's capsule collection of menswear is also available.
