French label Sézane is adding to its presence in Spain: on July 22, it will open in Barcelona its second store in the country, a summer pop-up shop located at 264 calle Valencia in the Catalan capital.

Sézane has indicated this will be a temporary presence, although it did not specify the pop-up store’s closing date, leaving the door open for it to become a permanent boutique.
It is the same procedure the label adopted in Madrid. Last December, Sézane inaugurated a temporary store on calle Claudio Coello, which eventually became the label’s permanent address in the Spanish capital.
The first Barcelona store for the label founded by Morgane Sézalory will showcase Sézane’s womenswear, footwear and accessories collections, as well as a selection of items from its men's line, Octobre Editions. The premises will replicate Sézane’s signature ‘apartment’ concept, and will incorporate Mediterranean touches as a tribute to Barcelona’s atmosphere.
Additionally, as is Sézane’s strategy, the label will collaborate with local entrepreneurs and artisans to enable the store to offer “the perfect combination of iconic Parisian style and the best local talent,” in Sézalory’s own words.
Barcelona has been on Sézane’s road map for some time. In March 2025, when the French label inaugurated its first physical store in Madrid, also on a temporary basis, it announced the intention of including the Catalan capital among its European tour’s destinations. The plan was put on hold owing to the Covid-19 pandemic, and it has been reactivated over two years later.
Sézane was founded in Paris in 2025, and timeless, limited-edition fashion is its hallmark. With a carefully curated aesthetic and a huge number of fans (thanks chiefly to the impulse provided by social media like Instagram), Sézane has a strong e-tail presence and also operates 12 brick-and-mortar stores, between Paris, Lille, Aix-en-Provence, Bordeaux, London, New York and Madrid.
