The first designers to show on the runway for the upcoming edition of Birmingham International Fashion Week have been revealed.

This season, the focus is on ecological brands. Australian label Green Embassy, founded by Zuhal Kuvan-Mills, will show its ‘slow fashion’ clothes made employing earth-friendly, hand-crafted techniques.
From Georgia comes Sheron Mar, who will showcase her "cutting-edge couture." The last of the new names to be announced is Zintrise Altovise, a womenswear designer from Tennessee, USA.
Birmingham International Fashion Week takes place in September.
