This weekend will see the opening of the newest Anya Hindmarch store with the luxury bags and accessories label opening a new location in Burlington Arcade, the 204-year-old luxury-shopping destination in Mayfair.

The Arcade has become something of a hotspot for accessories brands (as well as for beauty and jewellery stores) so Anya Hindmarch will be in good company at the key tourist destination.

The label’s new 120 sq ft Burlington Arcade store “will be dedicated to the art of organisation, stocking key pieces from the brand’s best-selling Labelled collection, all delivered with a signature playful wit”.

The Labelled system comprises cases, bags, pouches and purses that are labelled to help keep the owner organised. They’re designed to be ultra-practical while travelling, working or at home.

Key pieces include the Commuter tote, with its host of labelled pockets inside and out; the roomy 24-Hour Bag with plenty of internal compartments; and the best-selling In-Flight case; as well as Vanity Kits, Make Up Pouches and Lotions & Potions Pouches.

Each piece in the collection is made from regenerated Econyl, “one of the most durable recycled nylons”.

Hindmarch said she’s happy to be opening a standalone Labelled store in a “historic London landmark, a place that celebrates craftsmanship and a place that holds very special childhood memories for me”.

And Trupti Shah, Commercial and Marketing Director at Burlington Arcade, added that her arrival “complements the existing retailers well, with a continued focus on craftsmanship at the heart of the Arcade’s offering for our customers”.
