Liverpool-based luxury fashion retailer Cricket has launched a webstore. Founder Justine Mills is looking “to bring her innovative and fashion-forward approach to retail to digital customers, translating Crickets’ intimate and curated retail experience into an online shopping platform” at cricket-fashion.com.

The store has been a key retailer in Liverpool for over three decades and is known for its unique edits, building up a strong local following among affluent shoppers there.
Stocking a wide range of labels, the new launch will help it expand beyond its physical boundaries and take its particular view of fashion to a much wider audience.
The initial launch will see product being available UK-wide, with next-day delivery in the store’s popular leopard and zebra print packaging and free returns.
The company said that Cricket’s “ethos rooted in innovation and creativity will remain, with a mix of men’s, women’s and kids’ from fashion houses including Balenciaga, Saint Laurent and Off-White”.

Other labels stocked there include Givenchy, Céline, Stella McCartney and Christian Louboutin.
It added that Digital Creative Director, Alec Maxwell of Kloss Films, has joined the team as Image Director, “overseeing the aesthetic of all digital channels and content, including the new online site”.
Mills has also brought together a handful of her ‘Cricket community’ to create a dedicated campaign in celebration of the site’s launch. They include long-time fans Coleen Rooney and her son Kai.
The campaign has just launched and was directed and captured by Alec Maxwell.
