Lands' End said on Thursday second-quarter sales fell slightly to $317.2 million, compared to $323.3 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2025, with losses narrowing during the three months ending August 2.

The U.S. heritage retailer said global e-commerce revenue fell to $211.3 million, from $218.7 million in the prior-year quarter, and U.S. e-commerce revenue dropped 3.9% to $188.3 million, driven by the transition of kids and footwear products from a direct to a license model and lower promotional activity.

International e-commerce revenue increased 0.9%, primarily driven by an increase in full price sales and lower promotional activity.

Outfitters net revenue contracted 7.1% to $63.2 million, while third party revenue grew 23.4% to $30.1 million, thanks to revenue generated from licensing and wholesale arrangements.

Despite the sales dips, the company narrowed its net loss to $5.3 million, or $0.17 loss per diluted share compared to a net loss of $8.0 million or $0.25 loss per diluted share in the second quarter last year.

“Our robust second quarter results continue to prove our solutions-based strategy is working. A focus on innovation across our business is evolving the Lands’ End brand and assortment, attracting new customers and further improving our supply chain and inventory position," said Andrew McLean, chief executive officer.

"These achievements highlight our dedication to driving growth and efficiency while delivering value to our customers and shareholders.”

Looking ahead for fiscal 2025, the company expects revenue to be between $1.35 billion and $1.43 billion, and
net income to be between $5.0 million and $11.0 million with diluted earnings per share to be between $0.16 and $0.35.
