Menswear fashion retailer Suit Direct is to open a store in London’s Westfield Shopping Centre, Stratford, signing up to a five-year lease.
The new 1,731 sq ft flagship becomes the concept location for its new “quality yet sustainable design” that will feature in the proposed rollout of up to 10 stores this year.
It features zoned areas “to allow the customer to shop for all occasions with strategic merchandising and 360 mannequin displays,” said retail director Amanda Argent.
“This space is all about encouraging dwell time for the customer to give them the best in store experience,” she added.
The store will showcase its SS24 collection, which features new lifestyle ranges “including versatile pieces that transition from work to weekend”.
The wider offer ranges tailored blazers paired back with the workwear chino, to smart casual separates knits, T-shirts, polos, linen shirts, “which takes the brand in an exciting new direction.”
Argent noted the flagship opening “marks a milestone in Suit Direct’s expansion strategy”.
Savills was the real estate agent for the deal, saying: “Westfield Stratford is one of the leading shopping centres in Europe, and acquiring a new store [for Suit Direct] in this location is a huge advancement towards the company’s exciting ambitions.”
