Paris Fashion Week Men opened on June 20, featuring Louis Vuitton’s extravaganza alongside shows by the IFM’s students and by labels like Akyol, Valette and Etudes. As usual, the fashion week season is also an opportunity for many labels to open temporary stores in the French capital to showcase their style.

Samsoe Samsoe has set up shop from June 20 to 27 at 11 rue Charles-François Dupuis, treating visitors to a Danish-style coffee shop emphasising the label’s commitment to sustainability and creativity. The interiors are a blend of fashion and art featuring denim furniture, and the store is also selling a limited-edition capsule collection.

On June 21, sport apparel and equipment brand Asics opened a pop-up store at 3537, a venue located at 35 rue des Francs Bourgeois, where Asics is presenting its collaborations with Cecilie Bahnsen, Dime, Hal Studios and Airei.

Womenswear label Hemricourt has also inaugurated a temporary store in the city, located at 16 boulevard Saint-Denis and open fom June 22 to 24. The shop features the label’s signature Aristocana collections, a mix of Americana looks and “nonchalant elegance,” with an emphasis on the right fit for everyday use.

Highsnobiety has inaugurated its Not in Paris multimedia hub, open from June 20 to 25, at 101 rue Réaumur. Not in Paris is showcasing creations and collaborations by the likes of Adidas, Jean Paul Gaultier, J.M. Weston, Diptyque, K-Way, P.A.M., Justine Clenquet and many others.

From June 20 to 25, the Mkrs.Paris concept store, at 6 rue de Thorel, is hosting a pop-up space dedicated to En Vrac, which sources second-hand items by names like Charvet, Figaret, Lanvin, Dior, Sulka and Hilditch & Key, and  customises them with silk-screen designs. The store will also exhibit En Vrac's hand-made ceramics and “other surprises.”

Luxury label E.L.V. Denim is also opening a pop-up store in Paris, from June 23 to 24. It has chosen Le Pigalle hotel at 9 rue Frochot to showcase its jeans and blouses 100% made with recycled fabrics.

London-based label Yenesay is instead making Paris’ Marais district its home until June 24, with a pop-up store at 128 rue de Turenne presenting the label’s latest looks and accessories, and hosting daily events.

Two labels, Sisterhood by Wolinsky and Septem, are celebrating their collaborative capsule collection, featuring a dress and a jumpsuit, with a pop-up store open from June 21 at 36 rue Etienne Marcel.
