QVC in the UK is continuing to add to its fashion offer as it signs up more brands to its platform. And the latest to join is fashion brand Great Plains.

Great Plains for QVC

The label is partnering with QVC UK to offer an edit of its high summer 23 collection.

The launch on QVC comes as a good time with Great Plains, which launched in 1989, having pioneered responsible denim styles alongside basics and dresses, while also offering strong value for money. That combination of value and eco-ethics feeds into two of the biggest obsessions for modern consumers in Britain (and elsewhere).

So what’s on offer from the brand? The label launched 19 pieces on 18 May with the collection’s prices ranging from £23 up to £80.

These items focus on “feminine separates, versatile dresses, and knitwear, creating a capsule wardrobe tailored to both simplicity as well as contemporary fashion trends”.

Kirsty Pullen, Head of Great Plains Wholsesale London said it’s good moment to launch given the return to summer holidays, festivals, weddings and events post-pandemic.

As mentioned, the company is ramping up its fashion offer at present. Last autumn, TV fashion stylist Gemma Sheppard launched on QVC UK with her debut fashion collection. And shortly after Ben De Lisi — who’d been a popular part of the Designers at Debenhams line-up — also unveiled a collection for the retailer.

The launches have all come as the retailer had been boosting its overall fashion profile. Just two months ago it appointed Samantha Rowe as Fashion Director, working across the full QVC UK roster including womenswear, accessories, and jewellery.

She joined from John Lewis where she worked for 12 years leading the Women’s accessories team as Category Lead, having originally joined as a buying graduate in 2010.
