Octa Properties and fashion and lifestyle brand Elie Saab have teamed up on a new luxury development on the Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
Dubbed 'La Mer by Elie Saab', the property, developed by Arte Developments, is a trio of interconnected beachfront towers, offering 355 exclusive residences in ten categories, from one-bedroom apartments to spacious villas and nine penthouses.
These residences range from 874 to 14,484 square feet, and incorporate pieces from the Elie Saab Maison furniture collection.
In terms of amenities, the development features a dedicated kids’ club, indoor and outdoor pools, and expansive play areas. Wellness facilities include male and female spas, complemented by a gym and a grand pool.
Serenity Park spans over 10,266 square feet on Level 1, while the Signature Lounge on the same level brings an air of elegance. Levels 2 and 3 house the Link Garden, merging indoor and outdoor living, and the Sky Lounge, Sky Gym, and Sky Pool & Deck on Level 18 offer panoramic views.
