London Bridge's new shopping and entertaining district Borough Yards, is welcoming two new stores this autumn, bolstering its beauty offering with the arrival of Ted Baker-owned Ted’s Grooming Room barber shop and skin specialists re:lax.

Launched by Ted Baker in 2025, Ted's Grooming Room has opened its 19th London location at Borough Yards, offering a range of male grooming services in 1920s-inspired style.
re:lax, meanwhile, is opening its second location later in October following the success of its Hackney flagship. Its new store will feature four beauty rooms for both one-off visits and treatment plans.
Borough Yards already hosts skincare brand Malin+Goetz and fashion brands Paul Smith, Lids and Ace & Tate, having signed 12 new stores this summer.
This autumn, Borough Yards will also welcome a series of pop-up art installations, including the English National Opera’s Under the Skin, a celebration of diversity in opera.
Lily Lin, managing director for UK and Ireland at the area’s investor and developer MARK (which also operates Mayfair's Burlington Arcade), said: “The arrival of these new signings in Borough Yards demonstrates the scheme’s dynamism in welcoming some of London’s best-loved independent brands while nurturing up-and-coming retailers. Accompanied by a string of pop-up art installations this autumn, the area is cementing itself as a go-to cultural hotspot.”
