The company is doing well at present and last month, the retailer said it enjoyed strong sales around one of the year’s key gifting days, Father’s Day. It reported a sales jump and high demand for big-name brands, selling a record 224,000 bottles over 14 days in the run-up to the day. That means roughly 11 bottles sold every minute, “as perfume continues to prove itself to be an extremely popular gift choice at this time of year”, it said.
