Fable Investments, the investment vehicle of Brazilian cosmetics group Natura &Co, owner of The Body Shop and Avon, is reinvesting in niche British fragrance brand Perfumer H.

Although the amount of the transaction was not disclosed, Fable Investments had already taken a minority stake in the olfactory label at the end of 2025.
This second round of financing will allow Perfumer H to "strengthen its product offering, expand its management team and support its development in Asia", the press release said.
Perfumer H, which has two shops in London and another in Paris in the Marais, will open a shop in Taiwan and another in Hong Kong by the end of the year.
Perfumer Lyn Harris, already owned Miller Harris, another perfume brand which was sold, and then founded Perfumer H with her husband, Frenchman Christophe Michel, nearly 10 years ago.
The brand, which is also present at Le Bon Marché in Paris, offers refillable fragrances created from natural ingredients.
Fable Investments, which has stakes in the beauty brands Loli Beauty and Maude, is interested in labels with an eco-responsible approach. This strategy allows Natura&Co, its parent company, which recently sold the Aesop brand to the L'Oréal group, to invest in agile and trendy brands.
In the first quarter of its 2025 financial year, Natura & Co recorded a turnover of 8 billion Brazilian reals (BRL), i.e. 1.46 billion euros, up by 3.4% at constant exchange rates, but down by 2.8% with the effects of exchange rates.
