Eurazeo announced on Thursday its acquisition of a majority stake in American company Nest Fragrances from Tengram Capital Partners, in partnership with its founder and executive president Laura Slatkin.

Eurazeo Brands, for whom it is the first investment, invested about  $70 million dollars for a substantial majority interest, the investment company said in a press release.

Eurazeo Brands is Eurazeo's fifth investment division, launched in May, dedicated to brands with potential for international growth in the consumer good segment. It has allocated up to $800 million for investment over the coming 3 - 5 years.
