Ralph Lauren Corporation announced that it would launch a new luxury VIP concept that will strengthen its commitment to its longtime Italian and European clientele. The concept will be a private, one-on-one experience for VIP customers that will be housed in its storied Milan Palazzo, a 11,800 square foot former residence on Via Barnaba, built in 1941.

The discreet 12,000 ft² Palazzo will welcome guests via personal appointments for made-to-measure suiting for men and customized accessories and tailoring for women. Lunch, cocktails and drinks will be offered to clients in addition to the service. The Palazzo maintains its original and unique architectural splendor, complete with original fireplaces and special furnishings from the Ralph Lauren Home Collection.
"I wanted to create an elegant custom experience for my best clients that could become the ultimate expression of luxury. Our beautifully appointed Palazzo is the perfect showcase for this new concept as Milan has a consumer that best appreciates and understands artistry and craftsmanship," said Ralph Lauren, Chairman and CEO of Ralph Lauren Corporation.
The Palazzo will serve as a venue for trunk shows that will be held after press previews. Capsule collections will be curated and arranged for customers needs.
To make way for the new concept, the company is discontinuing the lease on its multibrand format store on Via Montenapoleone in June.
Ralph Lauren Corporation currently has over 200 stores outside of the US.
