Caledonia Park’s owner Railpen has announced the arrival of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein at what it says is “Scotland’s premium designer outlet village”.

Hilfiger has opened a 5,000 sq ft menswear and womenswear store at the centre, joining anchor brands such as Nike, Adidas, and Polo by Ralph Lauren. The interior includes a staple colour palette and wood furnishings, designed by the in-house team. It’s the 15th UK outlet store for the brand.
And PVH stablemate Calvin Klein has opened a 4,100 sq ft unit at the centre, adjacent to premium fashion label Boss and confectionery brand Lindt. The new store includes denim, daywear, outerwear and accessories, plus loungewear and intimates. It’s the 16th outlet store for the brand.
Maria Averkina, Asset and Development Manager at Railpen, said: “A key part of our leasing strategy following the refurbishment of Caledonia Park is to deliver a strong collection of aspirational brands to the centre, and we are pleased to see this positive momentum continue as we celebrate the openings of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. These openings represent a significant endorsement for Caledonia Park, as well as its appeal to global retailers, and further bolsters our position as Scotland’s premium designer outlet village.”
Later this month, TFG’s Hobbs and Phase Eight will be opening a joint 1,112 sq ft unit — the first Scottish outlet for Hobbs and second for Phase Eight.
