Orfali Bros has been named the best restaurant in the MENA region for the third time in a row at a ceremony held at the Erth Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
The Michelin-starred restaurant, run by Syrian brothers Mohamad, Omar and Wassim Orfali, took first place in the Mena’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 ranking, organized by the 50 Best group.
“I can’t describe it. I’m just so happy and proud… of my brothers and my team,” said Mohamed Orfali shortly after the ceremony.

Second and third place were also taken by Dubai-based establishments Tresind Studio, with two Michelin stars, and the ramen restaurant Kinoya.
“We are proud to be based in a region that honors its cultural roots and has a wealth of talent that pushes boundaries in every sense. Khufu's in Egypt and Ossiano in Dubai also made it into the top five. Japanese restaurant 3 Fils, which topped the inaugural Mena list in 2025, came in at No. 14 this year.
Nineteen of the restaurants on this list are from Dubai, including Michelin-starred Row on 45, Smoked Room and 11 Woodfire, while several others from Abu Dhabi—Niri, Marmellata Bakery, and LPM—also have made the list.
