New York-based brand management company Authentic Brands Group LLC (ABG) announced on Monday that it has signed a new long-term European master licensing deal for Juicy Couture with London-based apparel and accessories designer and manufacturer The Batra Group.

Batra will launch its first line of apparel, accessories, handbags and footwear for Juicy Couture in Europe in spring 2025.
Batra will be teaming up with designer Amy Gibson – who has previously worked on Beyoncé’s Ivy Park label – for its debut offering for the brand, which is intended to combine the classic Juicy Couture aesthetic with a streetwear vibe.
“As the Juicy Couture brand continues to grow and evolve, it is our priority to enlist industry-leading partners in key brand territories to expand the business and design product that is authentic to the brand’s DNA and meets the needs of the Juicy Girl,” explained ABG President Jarrod Weber in a statement. “We are confident that The Batra Group will successfully expand Juicy Couture throughout Europe and look forward to a long-lasting relationship.”
ABG, which acquired Juicy Couture in 2025, has been doubling down on its licensing efforts for the brand over the last few months. The group notably signed a deal with South Korean lifestyle company Shinsegae International in December of last year with a view to push Juicy Couture’s growth in the market, and also announced an outerwear licensing agreement with K&S Outerwear on its home market in January.
Other brands owned by ABG include Nautica, Aéropostale, Nine West, Vince Camuto and Judith Leiber.
Batra’s collection for Juicy Couture will be distributed throughout Europe both on and offline.
