Beauty & wellbeing brand Rituals has just opened its first outlet store in Scotland, at the Caledonia Park Designer Outlet in Gretna.

To celebrate the opening, the retailer will be hosting a consumer launch event from Saturday (20 January) until 30 January, complete with exclusive gift bags for the first 200 customers who make a purchase followed by a complimentary Hand Wash linked to a £60 spend.

The new concept store opening comes after a busy 2025 expansion period for the retailer having introduced an upsized location at Belfast’s Victoria Square, becoming the brand’s largest UK store, as well as Ashford Designer Outlet, Atria Watford, Chelmsford’s Bond Street, Glasgow’s Silverburn, Liverpool One and St David’s Cardiff.

Annemarie Forsyth, Managing Director, Rituals Cosmetics (UK & Ireland), said: “Living during these ever-changing, fast-paced times, we understand more than ever the need for creating moments of joy and feeling balanced during our everyday life. The new Rituals store will help customers to achieve a sense of wellbeing by finding the perfect products that will help them to balance the body, mind and soul. This opening marks an exciting time for the brand in growing our retail presence across the UK.”

“Rituals is another fantastic addition to Caledonia Park. It continues to drive our vision forward of delivering a quality destination that hosts a variety of fashion, beauty, and outdoor wear brands,” said Maria Averkina, Asset and Development Manager at owner/operator Railpen.

Founded in Amsterdam in 2000, Rituals has established as a global presence in 36 countries. It's in cities such as London, Paris, and Hong Kong with 1,000 stores, 3,000 shop-in-shops, five Body Spas and the world’s first Mind Spa.
