Back-to-School (BtS)-related prices at Primark are being frozen across “hundreds” of clothing essentials so “families can continue to shop… at the same low prices as 2025”, the fashion and lifestyle retail giant has announced.
This year’s head-to-toe price product freezes apply to items including jeans, joggers, long-sleeved T-shirts and jackets.
That long-sleeved Tee plus leggings and a zip-through hoodie combination is priced at £8.30, it noted.
The price freeze comes with the retailer quoting figures from the PwC Retail Outlook Report 2025 that shows 48% of British households expecting to spend less on BtS this year “because of the rising costs of everyday products”.
“Primark is committed to continue to support families to make their money go further with low prices that don’t compromise on quality and kidswear essentials that are designed to go the extra distance”, it said.
Primark also noted it’s now a BtS popular destination outside of clothing, including footwear to stationery, lunchboxes to backpacks.
Gavin Daniels, Director of Kidswear at Primark, added that “our message to any worried shoppers this year is simple”, with Primark, "you’re guaranteed great value and style at super-affordable prices, with the added reassurance that our clothes are made to last.”
