Elie Saab is the latest luxury label to enter the branded private residences market in Europe as it teams up with Gulf Islamic Investments (GII), a global financial services firm, on a London launch.
They’ve created their first signature styled residences in the UK, under the Elie Saab Residences label. Located in one of London’s most expensive neighbourhoods overlooking Hyde Park, the companies said the residences are “set to offer a truly unique lifestyle”.
The Victorian-styled new-build development features interiors by the fashion label using exclusive pieces from the Elie Saab Maison Collection.
GII said it’s a “strategic move to develop and expand our portfolio in the upscale and ultra-luxury space while continuing GII’s tradition of setting new benchmarks with our property development ventures”.
The London launch follows Elie Saab having worked with GII on launches in Dubai and Cairo.
Company CEO Elie Saab Jr said that the residences are part of “a natural process following the achievements of our real estate developments”. And he added that London is “a major and strategic milestone for the brand’s expansion, and this will reinforce our presence in a prime property market”.
