Primark may not have a full transactional website, but it has been trialling click & collect in various UK locations. And now that trial has reached 32 Greater London stores.

It means London area shoppers will be able to select from a range of kids’ and nursery items online and collect them in-store.
Shoppers will be able to browse and buy from around 1,500 products with the launch coming as Primark announces plans to lower the prices on hundreds of its AW24 kidswear products.
The click & collect service is expanding in time for the back-to-school season that’s one of kidswear’s biggest shopping events.
Stores offering the service now include Hackney, Hammersmith, Staines, Westfield Stratford and White City, Oxford Street, Bluewater, Lakeside, Tooting and Woolwich.
The company said that “as well as the exclusive ranges, customers of the smaller stores in the trial will benefit from access to products normally only found in larger flagship stores”.
Click & collect will be available with a minimum order value of £10 with no delivery charge and customers able choose a day to collect up to seven days ahead. The customer can also pay for any additional in-store finds when collecting their order from the dedicated click & collect desk, “enabling them to skip potential in-store queues”.
Kari Rodgers, UK Retail Director at Primark, said the new move means “the service is now available in around a third of our UK stores. The feedback we’ve had from customers in the stores already in the trial has been really encouraging so we’re looking forward to learning more as we expand the trial further”.
As mentioned, the extension also coincides with plans for lower prices in kidswear items such as tees, sweatshirts, hoodies and pyjamas, landing in Primark stores globally from the end of July.
