Alexander Wang on Friday announced the release date of its collaboration capsule collection, Wangxo, with R&B singer, The Weeknd. The capsule apparel collection is set to release at the Alexander Wang SoHo store in New York City on November 17 and on the Alexander Wang website on November 18.

The Wangxo collection consists of a hooded sweatshirt, two graphic t-shirts, a bandana and black leather high-top sneakers. Each piece features the ‘Can’t Feel My Face’ singer’s XO branding. Prices range from $40 to $575.
The former Balenciaga designer teased the collection via social media earlier this month. Wang’s Instagram feed shared photos of The Weeknd performing on stage wearing pieces from the collaboration collection that doubles as the singer’s tour merchandise.
The Weeknd hails from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and hit the scene in 2011 with his critically acclaimed mixtape, House of Balloons, featuring his double platinum single, Wicked Games. His latest album, Beauty Behind the Madness, is his first number one album and features his platinum singles, Earned It from the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack, The Hills and Can't Feel My Face. Each song simultaneously held the top 3 spots on the Billboard Hot R&B Songs chart, thus making him the first artist to achieve this.
The duo first paired up for Wang’s 10th anniversary “Do Something” campaign.
