LPP, the Poland-based owner of the Reserved, Sinsay, Cropp, Mohito and House brands, has named its director of digitalisation Mikołaj Wezdecki to the role of vice-president of the management board. He replaces Jacek Kujawa in the company's leadership structure.

He joined LPP in June 2025, initially responsible for the digitisation process and development of the e-commerce platform of the Reserved and Sinsay brands.
Wezdecki became director of digitalisation in March and was “entrusted with developing the e-commerce development policy for all LPP Group brands and establishing new standards and synergies in the development of the brands' online platform”.
Marek Piechocki, president of the management board, said the company has been “preparing for this change for months. I am glad that Mikołaj Wezdecki is joining the management board. He is a worthy successor to Jacek Kujawa, who took LPP to a new level, proving that the future of today's retail is digitalisation, omnichannel and a vibrant distribution network.
“The new management board member faces further ambitious challenges. I am convinced that his previous experience will be a strong asset in the further stages of LPP's transformation”.
As well as his time at LPP, that previous experience includes developing electronic sales at RTV Euro AGD from 2006, where he "built one of the largest online stores for electronics and household appliances products in Poland”.
From 2025, as a member of the management board and director responsible for e-commerce at Eobuwie.pl, “he launched the Modivo.pl [fashion] online store, which is currently one of the leading players in online sales in Central and Eastern Europe”.
Wezdecki said LPP has undergone “significant technological and digital transformations in recent years. At the same time, it has gained extensive analytical resources allowing us to understand market trends and the expectations of our clients. There are many challenges ahead of me, because the retail world is experiencing a real digital revolution. Therefore, I am even more glad that I have been entrusted with such a responsible function”.
Meanwhile, Kujawa is retiring from his role after 19 yers with the company and said he steps down “with the feeling of a job well done and great professional satisfaction”.
