Fashion, accessories and homewares retailer Oliver Bonas is set to open a 3,000 sq ft store within the Touchwood shopping centre in Solihull.

The store is scheduled to open on 23 April, marking the brand’s fourth venture in the West Midlands.

Situated in the centre’s Mill Lane Arcade area, its arrival means Touchwood is now 98.5% occupied following new signings in the past year including Mango, Levi Strauss & Co, Mint Velvet and Dune, noted owner The Ardent Companies and asset manager Sovereign Centros.

Following the acquisition of Touchwood in mid-2025, Ardent and Sovereign Centros said they’ve been working to strengthen and diversify the scheme.

Andrew Hilston, managing director at Ardent, said: “Touchwood’s success shows that, when the right brands are in place, shoppers appreciate the benefits that only bricks-and-mortar retail destinations can provide.

“Oliver Bonas is indicative of the brands we have targeted, and its arrival further strengthens an offer that leads the way in the West Midlands.”

Oliver Tress, founder of Oliver Bonas, added:  “Our uplifting, design-led products and vibrant creativity can flourish within the heart of the [Touchwood] community.”

The retailer, which celebrated its 30th anniversary last September, delivered revenues of £92.8 million and pre-tax profits of £7.5 million in the last financial year for which accounts were filed.
