To go with a new album and an expected tour next year, evergreen rock legends The Rolling Stones have launched an exclusive Hackney Diamonds apparel collection to celebrate these further milestones.
Ahead of the Hackney Diamonds album release in October — their 24th original studio album and the first in 18 years — the related collection is exclusively available at the the band’s lifestyle brand RS No.9 Carnaby store in London.
The album’s artwork, created by digital animator Paulina Almira, features a shattered heart and tongue motif, as homage to the band’s legendary iconography.
The first drop includes T-shirts (£40) and a zip-up hoodie (£75). The apparel is exclusively available to purchase in-store and online for worldwide shipping. Further drops and collaborations are to be announced soon, the band’s merchandising arm Bravado said.
The RS No.9 Carnaby store has maintained its appeal on Carnaby Street since launching three years ago via a variety of collaborations. This has included tie-ups with Tommy Hilfiger to release a music-related collection, a Great Frog jewellery launch in celebration of the band’s 60th anniversary, an apparel collection linked to Team GB Olympics and Umbro linked to the football European championships, and even a beach collection with Sunny Australia. Recently it also launched footwear in a deal with Skechers.
