Backed by an investment of over £3 million, high-end jeweller Beaverbrooks’ contemporary concept brand Loupe has opened a second store in Croydon, south London.

In addition to its flagship boutique at centre:mk in Milton Keynes, the luxury watch and diamond retailer’s new 4,300 sq ft boutique is located in the Centrale Shopping Centre.

It features a dedicated 900 sq ft Rolex showroom and an adjoining Rolex Authorised Service Centre. The latter also includes a client viewing area within the workshop as its accredited matchmaker performs adjustments and repairs.

And with shopping experiences now paramount, Loupe said the new Croydon boutique also features an extensive hosting area, including its own bar. For added personalisation, Loupe has included a secret private room, ‘The Drum,’ allowing clients to listen to their own playlist through its media wall.

Meanwhile, the main showroom features Loupe’s collection of diamonds and contemporary fine jewellery, selected by its buying team and distinguished by its own hallmark.

The collection showcases several classic and modern pieces, from diamond rings to fine jewellery via curated collections including Spyra, Confidante and Asteria.

The boutique also houses brand new immersive showrooms for Swiss watch brand partners, Omega, Breitling and Tudor. Exclusive jewellery brands include Royal Asscher and Mikimoto.

Anna Blackburn, Managing Director of Beaverbrooks and Loupe, who has spearheaded the development of the Loupe brand, said: “2025 will be a big year for Loupe. With the rising demand for personal, immersive retail experiences, Loupe brings a fresh approach to the luxury sector. Even the name itself… has been chosen to break conventions and be memorable. It represents the concept of looking through a portal into an exciting new world and magnifying craft and beauty, offering luxuriously delightful experiences for both new and existing clients."

She added that its flagship Loupe boutique in Milton Keynes “has achieved great success since opening in June 2025 and we're excited to see this success continue with our Croydon boutique and beyond.”
