French apparel label Eden Park has teamed up with Adidas to create an exclusive capsule collection. Eden Park has always had strong roots in the rugby world: its founder, Franck Mesnel, was a French national team rugby player. Adidas on the other hand is the benchmark equipment supplier for the sport, both for its product range and for its sponsorship of some of the world's top teams, from New Zealand's All Blacks to France.
The Eden Park x Adidas collection features 17 menswear and womenswear items: T-shirts, tank tops, polos, hoodies, trousers, a dress and a bomber jacket in navy blue and grey. And there's a special, rugby-specific feature, the Predator Rugby boots, decorated with a sprinkling of pink mini bow ties, the Eden Park logo, on an ink blue background. All Blacks rugby star and twice world champion Dan Carter, who plays his club rugby at Racing 92 in Paris, will wear the Predator Rugby on the pitch.
With this collection, both brands are keen to highlight the values on which the rugby world thrives. The collection is available froths week at Eden Park stores and on the label's e-shop, on Adidas's e-shop, on the rugbyshop.com and boutiquerugby.com websites and other selected outlets.
Eden Park currently operates 14 directly owned stores, plus 22 franchised stores in France and another nine internationally. It is also distributed via about 20 multibrand retailers, both in France and outside the country.
