Turkish fine jeweller Kismet by Milka is to take up residence on one of the UK’s most sought-after addresses, London’s New Bond Street.
Situated on the corner of Brook Street, Kismet has agreed to a 10-year lease that sees the opening of the brand’s 16th international store following the opening of a Dubai flagship last year. It also operates through a number of high-end partners in Europe and the Unites States.
The store comprises over 1,100 sq ft in total over ground and basement floors with neighbours including Georg Jensen, Diptyque, Canali, Opera Gallery and Dsquared2.
Josh Blatt, Director at JMB Consulting, which acted on behalf of Kismet by Milka, said: “After an extensive search we’re thrilled to have advised Kismet by Milka on the acquisition of 110 New Bond Street. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for the brand, providing an unparalleled opportunity to further showcase their exquisite collections to an international audience.”
