A sunny Thursday kicked off with a radiant collection from the house of Chloé, where designer Chemena Kamali unveiled her latest optimistic fashion vision.

Staged inside the light-filled Tennis Club de Paris, the collection received a huge round of applause—the biggest in Paris so far this season. Kamali's blend of frilly romanticism and rangy hippie tailoring clearly resonated with modern women.
No one executes sheer and transparent fabrics with as much chutzpah as Kamali, who sent chiffon nightgowns down the runway paired with suede jackets and jerkins.

Boudoir met the busy modern woman in a series of marvelous Victorian lingerie fantasies—Pre-Raphaelite heroines prowling through Paris. The cast glided down the elongated runways as an audience—largely dressed in Kamali's Chloé—watched from plywood benches. And, quite frankly, who wouldn't want to go on a date with someone wearing one of Chloé's sensual slip dresses?
Kamali's impressive design range was on full display, as she wrapped her cast in dramatic matelassé coats trimmed in fur and papery leather greatcoats in taiga green.
The collection was rich with retro references, but Kamali reinterpreted them with a fresh, contemporary twist—even down to the styling. Models were accessorized with metal Chloé lettering belts, fox and wolf tails, tiny gold-rimmed purses, keys as pendants, golden chokers, and endless chains.

The kind of clothes women across multiple generations will long for—a fact confirmed by Kamali's front row, which included mother-daughter duo Jerry Hall and Georgia May Jagger.
"For me, the Chloé woman feels real, and that honesty and connection resonate deeply with women across generations," explained Kamali, who took a long tour of the runway, pausing to kiss her husband, management consultant Konstantin Wehrum, and embrace her young child.
The latest confirmation that luxury group Richemont's once-problematic fashion division is now thriving comes as Dunhill, Alaïa, and Chloé have all staged hit shows in the past six weeks.
