Icon Outlet at The O2 has fully reopened after the London mall suffered extensive damage to its roof caused by Storm Eunice back in February. The reopening includes key brands Nike, Adidas, Next, Levi’s and Lids.

Further good news is that the Greenwich Peninsular mall has enjoyed a strong performance from its retailers following the destination’s partial reopening on 18 March. For March, overall like-for-like sales were 64% ahead of the same pre-pandemic period in 2025, while average transaction values rose 3%, it said.
And its success continues to attract new retailers joining the mall’s line-up with independent menswear tailoring brand Skopes taking a 2,110 sq ft space on the upper level.
Janine Constantin-Russell, managing director of Icon Outlet and The O2’s Entertainment District, said: “Despite the temporary closures, we have experienced an incredibly strong March, which is testament to the destination’s appeal to consumers and the commitment of our retailers, restaurants and leisure operators.”
She added: “We are looking forward to welcoming visitors back to experience our full array of high-calibre brands once again, including our newest addition, Skopes. The past few months have highlighted the importance of having a strong and dynamic team at our destination.”
Michael Barber, Head of Retail at newcomer Skopes, added: “Icon Outlet is a key location for us. We have witnessed [its] strong bounce-back and following the impressive sales performance, we’re looking forward to welcoming new visitors to enjoy Skopes’ tailored menswear.”
