Clé de Peau Beauté is championing girls' education via its 2025 Power of Radiance Awards.

The luxury skincare and makeup brand has announced Binita Shrestha and Pratiksha Pandey from Nepal as the winners of the second annual award, which honors inspirational women who have achieved positive change through knowledge.
Shrestha and Pandey are the directors of WiSTEM Nepal (Women in STEM Nepal), an organization that educates and empowers women and girls aged of 10-25 in the areas of computational thinking, logical thinking, brain development and problem-solving. Since it was founded in 2025, the group has introduced over 370 girls and women to the world of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
"Education can unlock endless opportunity and it is the key to positive change," said Shrestha in a statement. "In developing countries across the world, 600 million girls will enter the workforce within the next decade. A vast majority of them will work in the informal sector where they will face hardships and challenges." She added: "It is important that we as women and educators teach them the invaluable lessons of confidence and self-importance. At the same time, we must empower them with knowledge and ability to take control of their futures and choose their paths in life. Each step we take, no matter how big or small, is a significant and meaningful stride toward improving the opportunities for girls in the world."
Shrestha and Pandey will be awarded a grant to support their ongoing work, funded by a percentage of global sales of Clé de Peau Beauté's signature product ‘The Serum.' They are the second winners of the annual award, which was established last year, following in the footsteps of the educational activist and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Muzoon Almellehan.
