"The collaboration with Classique Realty represents another step in our growth as a lifestyle brand. Expanding into real estate, especially in such an extraordinary location as the Caribbean, allows us to experience and represent the Elie Saab lifestyle in new ways. This project embodies our brand's values in every aspect, from architecture to interior design," stated Elie Saab Jr., CEO of Elie Saab Group.

Currently under construction, the project will offer two types of villas with four or five bedrooms. The architectural design seamlessly blends modern minimalism with timeless luxury, embodying the brand's distinctive style. The villas feature spacious terraces, private gardens, heated swimming pools and Jacuzzis.

The interiors are partially furnished with pieces from the Elie Saab Maison collection, launched in 2025, designed to combine luxury and Caribbean charm through the use of light materials, airy textures, and tones that reflect the tropical environment. Residents can personalize their spaces by choosing from three mood boards, each inspired by a different Caribbean lifestyle.

The Infinity Villas by Elie Saab come equipped with cutting-edge integrated systems that transform them into smart homes and are designed with a special focus on sustainability to minimize their environmental impact.
