On 24th January, at a gala evening held at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, the Hyères International Festival of Fashion, Photography and Fashion accessories announced the jury presidents for its three awards, and revealed the names of the finalists, 10 for each category, who will vie for the prizes at the festival's 33rd edition, scheduled on 26th-30th April in Hyères, France.

It will fall to Haider Ackermann, the Creative Director of Berluti - the label is this edition's guest of honour, to fête its 20-year partnership with the festival - to pick the winner among the contenders for the long-established Fashion Prize. This year, eight of the ten emerging designers selected will present a womenswear collection: Marie-Eve Lecavalier from Canada, Ester Manas from France, Linda Kokkonen and Anna Isoniemi from Finland, Ela Fidalgo from Spain, Regina Weber from Germany, Sarah Bruylant from Belgium and Jef Montes from the Netherlands. Antonina Sedakova, from Russia, and Dutch designer Rushemy Botter will instead play the menswear collection card.

The looks created by the ten finalists will show during the festival and will be exhibited at the festival's venue, Villa Noailles, until 27th May. The same for the items presented by the ten emerging designers competing for the second edition of the Accessories Prize. Sari Räthel & Riccarda Wolf, Claire O'Keefe & Eugenia Oliva, Ildar Wafin, Kate Fichard, Flora Fixy & Julia Dessirier and Cécile Gray will showcase their jewellery collections; Jinah Jung, Sara Emilie Terp Hansen, Ludovic Leger and Inès Bressand their handbags; and Romain Delamart & Flora Langlois their scarf collection.

This category's jury will be chaired by Christelle Kocher, Creative Director of the Lemarié atelier, specialised in plumasserie, or hand-applied feathers, and founder of the Koché label. Kocher succeeds footwear designer Pierre Hardy, who chaired the jury for the prize's first edition last year. The Festival's 2025 Photography Prize will also be contested by ten finalists, and will be awarded by a jury chaired by Bettina Rheims.
