From wheat fields to the Château de Versailles! Simon Porte Jacquemus wants to play in the big league. After his previous shows in pastoral settings, such as wheat fields in Val-d'Oise and lavender fields in Provence, this time the designer has opted for nothing less than the most prestigious of royal estates. The show will be held on June 26 at 2pm, the day after Paris Men's Fashion Week comes to an end.

Jacquemus is doing incredibly well and seems to be aiming higher and higher, skilfully following in the footsteps of Christian Dior and Chanel, who have also used this emblematic venue to showcase their collections in the past. The strategy is to position itself in an increasingly upmarket segment.
"I was so inspired by this historic venue during the creative process that it led me to explore several creative possibilities, different from my previous shows, but still very Jacquemus," confides the designer in a brief note. "I am truly honoured and proud to be able to do a show at Versailles, as an independent fashion house. It will be a very special moment for Jacquemus."
The fashion house did not give any further details about the precise location of the show, preferring to preserve the element of surprise. All it says is that the collection is called "Le chouchou" and covers autumn-winter 2025/2025, even though the brand continues to show outside the traditional fashion calendar and unveils collections that are not always in line with the seasons.
Jacquemus, which is attracting the interest of major luxury groups, has grown steadily in recent years. It claims to have doubled its turnover in 2025, reaching 212 million euros, and is aiming for 500 million euros by 2025, "notably via an extension of the boutique on Avenue Montaigne", according to Glitz.paris. The brand is also reportedly working on five other flagship stores to open in exclusive locations.
