Frasers Group continues to be one of the most active UK retailers in terms of new store openings and on Monday – as Scottish non-essential stores were allowed to welcome back shoppers for the first time since Christmas – it unveiled its newly refurbished Cruise store.

The 25,000 sq ft luxury space opened on Ingram Street in Glasgow and is positioned as the sister brand to the company’s luxury retailer Flannels.
The store showcases collections from a variety of high-end labels, including Gucci, Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Balmain and Burberry. They can be found spanning four floors and a mezzanine level, alongside a number of emerging designers.
As is usually the case with Frasers, the store was designed by Argent with Argent Partner Jack Bridges saying: “The ambition was to create a luxury retail destination which can evolve with the seasons. You enter into a space adorned with bold prints contrasted with translucent and reflective materials for a dynamic futuristic feel. The palette consists of pastels and playful colours to give the store an opulent yet young and contemporary feel.”
Frasers is currently driving through a major expansion of its retail network with store numbers in double-digits opening yearly, alongside a dedicated multimillion-pound refurbishment programme for the group’s existing store portfolio.
