Landlord Howard de Walden continues to sign up interesting new names for its Marylebone Village estate with the company announcing a raft of fashion and lifestyle businesses that are joining the local line-up or upgrading.

Boutique concept Platform is set to open its flagship store on Marylebone Lane this summer. The sustainable concept store featuring a community of independent and emerging designers, artists and makers is due to open in a 1,818 sq ft space at 49 Marylebone Lane. It follows previous successful pop-up stores for the brand on Marylebone High Street.
And longstanding tenant ME+EM — one of the UK’s fastest-growing businesses — is set to upsize to a new store at 4-5 Marylebone High Street, also in the summer. The new 3,263 sq ft unit will be its flagship.
Meanwhile, an innovative new concept for Marylebone Village, Rebase is due to open at 1 St Vincent Street this month covering 4,318 sq ft of space. Customers will be able to access a wide range of rejuvenating, wellness services from ice baths and cryotherapy to traditional and infrared saunas.
The beauty/wellness offering is being further bolstered with the opening of Oh My Cream! The clean beauty concept store, will offer customers a curation of “cutting edge” brands at 24 New Cavendish Street. The French premium beauty retailer will occupy 1,412 sq ft of space.

Womenswear brand Varley has already opened its second London store and Rixo — which has been a popular tenant in the area since 2025 — recently opened its refreshed store at 27 Marylebone High Street. It features hand-painted illustrations throughout the space as well. As well as offering Rixo’s full collection, it comes with “a more conceptual store shopping experience”.
