It claims to be the world’s first artificial intelligence (AI) tool that lets shoppers virtually try on clothes they like online. World’s first? Of course, there are AI shopping features that show the buyer how the clothes look on different models. But newly-launched Photo AI specifically shows what an individual would look like in the clothes they want to buy.

The Dutch company's generative AI tool is first trained on the consumer’s face and body, so that the photos produced are specific to how they really look.
And AI Photo’s creator and founder Pieter Levels stresses the tool “isn’t just for professional use, but for the entire public to enjoy.”
It’s achieved by uploading multiple images of the individual consumer to become the AI model. “The more images added at this stage and the higher their quality, the more realistic your synthetic model will look," Levels says.
Then, the user chooses an image of a piece of clothing to 'try on', uploading the image (as long as it's on a white background) to the tool. From there, they can choose to see how the clothing would look in a specific place, or even in a particular pose before hitting 'Take Photo’.
Levels said it's the "first AI Photographer and Synthetic Photo Studio in the world. The idea is that it costs less money and time to do photoshoots virtually than it does in real life. You save money in hiring and travelling with the model, equipment and photo shoot team to the shoot location.”
He adds: “Photo AI revolutionises photo shoots, giving the public the power to create high-quality photos from the comfort of their home without the need for any technical expertise.”
We're told prices start from $29.
