Luxury tour operator Red Savannah is launching a Paris tour specifically for fashionistas.
Of course, Paris has a lot to offer, from architectural landmarks to fine dining. But Red Savannah’s latest itinerary will take travelers to see the shows of high fashion icons like Dolce & Gabbana and Christian Dior, Robb Report writes.
The lavish three-day trip will include tickets to Du Cœur à la Main, a new Dolce & Gabbana exhibition at the renovated Grand Palais that opened in January. The event features more than 200 unique creations, 300 handcrafted accessories, and 130 original works of art across three floors.
In addition to visiting Du Cœur à la Main, you’ll also get tickets to explore La Galerie Dior, a multi-level museum that pays homage to the many eras of the French fashion house. La Galerie Dior at 30 Avenue Montaigne is housed in the brand’s flagship store, which was renovated two years ago, and offers fashion, jewelry, bags, shoes, and more. Inside, the gallery is divided into 13 themed salons, each showcasing the evolution of Dior over the past 70-plus years. During the trip, the boutique hotel Esprit Saint Germain will serve as a base, with daily breakfast, a welcome cheese plate, and a complimentary in-room bar included.
If you still haven’t had your fill of fashion legends, Red Savannah suggests combining the exhibition with a Coco Chanel itinerary. The tour focuses on the designer’s life and begins in the seaside resort town of Deauville, where she opened her first store in 1913. Here, travelers can catch a polo match at Normandy’s beloved racecourse. They will then head to Paris to stay on Rue Cambon, near the original Chanel boutique, before finally heading to Nice, where Coco visited often and even owned a villa.
