Dutch fashion company Stone Fashion Group has come to an agreement with Stylefair International to take over jacket and coat label Beaumont. From the fall/winter 2025 collection onwards the Dutch label will be part of the Stone Fashion Group portfolio.
Over the coming months both companies will operate alongside one other. Stylefair International will independently distribute the Spring 2025 collection, while Stone Fashion will carry out the sale of the Fall/ Winter 2025 collection through the new entity, Beaumont BV.
René Mulder, Stylefair International, said: “After a period of more than 40 years creating collections and a successful transition from Easy Comfort to Beaumont, I felt the time had come to carefully handover the brand. From the conversations with Stone Fashion it soon became apparent that they were the most suitable party to allow Beaumont to continue to grow, while retaining its unique identity.”
Maurice Willemse, Stone Fashion, added: “Beaumont is a valuable addition to our current portfolio and will function as an independent company within the group. In addition, the design and production teams will remain unchanged, allowing the identity of Beaumont to be maintained. Synergies in the areas of logistic, finance and production will provide a stable basis for the future.”
Besides Beaumont, Stone Fashion Group also operates the outdoor clothing labels Creenstone, Fortezza, Goldbergh, Milo and Reset. In addition to the Netherlands, the company also has offices in France, Spain and Hong Kong.
