Newly renamed Outlet Shopping at The O2 in London has another new arrival, premium women’s specialist footwear and accessories retailer Carvela.
Occupying 2,056 sq ft, the unit marks Carvela’s seventh bricks and mortar outlet store, “reflecting the retailers growing influence in the UK”.

Designed by the brand’s in-house team, “a modern yet contemporary interior” comprises edge-lit display areas in Carvela’s trademark black, white and nude colour palette to present the brand’s collection of premium female-focused footwear and bags, “featuring high-quality materials and encompassing a luxurious Italian feel”.
Ross Warden, Chief Retail Officer at Carvela, said: “Broadening our outlet presence has been part of our ongoing expansion strategy, and with so many complementary brands at The O2 already, it makes the perfect location to add to our portfolio.”
Operator AEG said the Carvela store opening represents “the further diversification of [our] retail line-up, which has seen significant growth in the last year, with the destination welcoming French Connection’s first outlet store in six years, as well as witnessing significant upsizes and recommitments from several global brands in the last six months, such as Lids, Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger”.
