Manhattan is a metropolitan menswear brand with a wide dress-casual offering that aims to bring together style, innovation and quality.

“We are excited to welcome Rosega to the Manhattan family.  Rosega is a leading retailer and distributor of fashion apparel, making the partnership an ideal collaboration,” stated Perry Ellis CEO and President Oscar Feldenkreis. “Working with Rosega will leverage the equity of this lifestyle brand to further our Latin American reach.”

Established in 1948, Rosega S.A. is a leading apparel retailer and distributer in Argentina with strong links to major department stores and key retailers in the country.

“Rosega is extremely proud and excited to enter this partnership with the Manhattan brand. As an iconic and well regarded brand, we are confident it will continue to grow as a mens’ fashion leader in Argentina,” said the company’s owner and founder Carlos Fabian Legnini.

Perry Ellis International has signed a number of international licensing deals for its brands since the beginning of the year, including two in South Korea and one in North Africa. Rosega is the third Latin American licensee signed on by the company in 2025, following two deals for its Original Penguin brand in Mexico, one for men’s tailored apparel and another for accessories.

Rosega’s Manhattan dress shirt collection is slated for launch in department and specialty stores in fall 2025.
