UK premium performance sportswear brand Castore is to open a store at centre:mk, the popular Milton Keynes shopping destination.

Making its regional debut there later this month, Castore will open on Silbury Arcade with the 865 sq ft store, becoming one of the brand’s first new store design concept “inspired by the grit, graft, and determination of athletes”.
Showcasing the brand’s full mainline range across menswear, womenswear and junior collections, it will also feature selected teamwear for McLaren Racing and Oracle Red Bull Racing. All feature the brand’s advanced engineering and unique technical fabrics.
The opening sees Castore continue to expand its physical store presence. Last month, it opened its first outlet store in London at the Outlet Shopping at The O2 mall. It also has a store within the Bluewater mall in Kent.
Castore recently announced a collaboration with fellow UK sportswear brand Umbro to have exclusive rights to work with their existing English Premier League team partnerships, adding to Castore’s current list of athletes, teams, and brands including England cricket, Newcastle FC, and Andy Murray.
Tom Beahon, Castore co-founder said: “Our philosophy of ‘Better Never Stops’ extends to where we choose to locate our flagship stores. As the dominant pitch in the region, paired with our ties to Milton Keynes’ racing [Oracle Red Bull Racing] and football team [Milton Keynes Dons], centre:mk was the ideal destination to launch Castore in the South East.”
Kevin Duffy, centre:mk’s Centre Director, added: “Castore is a natural addition to centre:mk’s city-centre location situated in one of the fastest growing and most innovative cities in the country. We consistently outperform national benchmarks and are home to an exceptional line-up of anchor brands, including John Lewis & Partners, H beauty, and M&S, just one of the many reasons centre:mk is a top 10 retail destination.”
Castore joins another new arrival on Silbury Arcade this summer, British womenswear brand Mint Velvet with a 2,800 sq ft debut store.
