The British fashion Council has appointed full-service sport and entertainment communications agency Mongoose to boost its quest for new commercial partners across its key events.

Mongoose has been tasked with finding partners “for three of their most attractive properties inclusive of Principle Partner of The Fashion Awards, as well as growing the network of Partners for London Fashion Week and the Institute of Positive Fashion”.
It will be managing the outreach and negotiations on an on-going basis.
The BFC has already shown itself extremely adept at signing up high-profile partners for its flagships events and this has helped the Fashion Awards, for instance, to their current prominent position not just as a UK event but a global one.
The agency said that the BFC is looking to expand its portfolio of partners “to further reflect their position in the industry and the future of British Fashion”.
BFC commercial director Gemma Juviler said: “We are looking forward to working with Mongoose in the search for new and exciting partners.
