The British Fashion Council has released early details for September’s London Fashion Week with Burberry, Dilara Findikoglu, Harris Reed, JW Anderson, Nensi Dojaka and Standing Ground all on the agenda.

Once again sponsored by 1664 Blanc, it continues the celebrations for LFW’s 40th anniversary in a series of events running from 12-17 September.
The schedule is a digital-physical hybrid with LFW40 aiming to “spotlight London’s unique creative communities, independent businesses and its position as a world-leading cultural capital”.
New to the schedule this time are the aforementioned Harris Reed and Standing Ground, as well as Patrick McDowell. They’ll show alongside Completedworks and Edeline Lee who’ve all been awarded Catwalk slots.
Mithridate also joins the schedule and will showcase its collection in a presentation format.
Returning labels include Kent & Curwen, Nensi Dojaka and Toga, while other highlights will include 16Arlington, Ahluwalia, Chopova Lowena, David Roma, Dilara Findikoglu, Emilia Wickstead, Erdem, Fashion East, Knwls, Richard Quinn, Roksanda, Simone Rocha and Tove.
The main venue for BFC Newton will be 180 The Strand with physical activations for Aaron Esh, Ancuta Sarca, Charlie Constantinou, Chet Lo, Di Petsa, Derrick, Harri, Johanna Parv, Karoline Vitto, Lueder, Masha Popova, Paolo Carzana, Pauline Dujancourt, Sinéad O'Dwyer, The Winter House, Tolu Coker and Yaku. Those activating digitally on schedule include Kazna Asker, Leo Carlton and Steve O Smith.
The final physical and digital schedule will be released next month and will include further updates and specific information regarding the format and timings of each activation.
