Reliance Brands Limited (RBL) has partnered with Italian luxury lifestyle brand Tod’s S.p.A to retail the brand in the Indian market.

With this long-term Franchise agreement, RBL will be official retailer of the brand across all categories including footwear, handbags and accessories in the Indian market.
The partnership will also see RBL taking over the management of existing channels of Tod in India.
Commenting on the partnership, Darshan Mehta, managing director of Reliance Brands Limited in a statement said, “Reconciling excellent craftsmanship with a hunger to innovate for the new consumers, Tod’s has crafted a unique space for itself at the global luxury front. Tod's had entered the Indian market in 2008 with monobrand stores in DLF Emporio, New Delhi and Palladium, Mumbai. It also sells on Reliance’s multi-brand e-commerce platform Ajio Luxe.
