It’s a statement move for Boss and Grosvenor. The premium fashion brand is relocating and upsizing its store at Liverpool One, taking a new, more prominent space at the city centre mall.

The 13,500 sq ft flagship on Paradise Street, which opens in early 2025, marks a 130% upsize in total trading area and is a “strong vote of confidence in the destination from a leading international brand”, says the centre’s part-owner/operator Grosvenor.

Joining Tessuti’s new flagship on the same street, it will stock Boss’s menswear and womenswear collections, as well as seasonal capsule collections.

The new flagship announcement follows Hugo Boss’s record-breaking quarter and subsequent raising of its full-year outlook.

“The new Liverpool One store will provide even greater capabilities to showcase Boss apparel, delivering on the brand’s commitment to quality, design and adaptability”, the retailer said.

Rob Deacon, Senior Asset Manager, Grosvenor, added: “Securing the relocation and upsize of Boss at Liverpool One is a key moment for us, particularly as it evidences yet more commitment to the destination from a premium, international brand.

“We’re proud to be experiencing sustained demand from the very best names, cementing our position as one of the UK’s leading retail and leisure destinations.”

The new store will join a strong roster of retail brands that have opened over the course of 2025 at Liverpool One, including Russell & Bromley and beauty brand Charlotte Tilbury that launched its latest ‘Beauty Wonderland’ at the destination, marking the brand’s first store outside of London and first UK opening in six years.
