Plus-size digital fashion retailer Live Unlimited has relaunched its website to enhance consumer journey with improved functionality. The upgrade follows “positive” financial end of year results for 2025.

Live Unlimited said it has listened to its customers and introduced advanced filters to help customers shop styles easily, such as sleeve lengths and neck shape.
Headline feature on the site is a 'why we love it’ section, allowing the customer to learn more about the design features and why they have been chosen, “creating a more personalised shopping journey”.
Product video content sits alongside the new ‘Wear it with’ styling section that gives the customer better insight to the fabrics, details and fit.
And with the introduction of a One-Step Checkout, customers can now complete their purchases with just one click, “eliminating the hassle of navigating through multiple pages and forms”.
Along with these new features Live Unlimited has also improved its customer relationship management (CRM) offer with the dedicated launch of an incentivised referral programme where customers can refer a friend for them both to receive a discount to use on their next purchase at LiveUnlimitedLondon.com.
This is following its own customer survey which showed “98% of customers said they would refer Live Unlimited to a friend”.
